Hearing Lux drunk yesterday made me realise how underwhelming and repetitive it really is.
And even worse how bad the production indeed is.
James’s guitar is too weak, the bass non existing, the drums are just bad sounding all around.
I know there will be better songs on the album but is they sound just as bad I will be very disappointed:(

Been revisiting Hardwired recently, not as bad as I remember. Only thing that bogs it down is the solos and the length. But the songs all actually have a structure whereas LA is just the one riff and even that is unoriginal. I will say that LA has better vocals, the auto tune in Hardwired is way too obvious. I really hope this is an Escape situation where they forgot to write something mainstream and quickly came up with something.

Looks ready to drop. So very good chance we get Screaming Suicide in the next few hours, and it's just over 5 minutes long.
