Holy hell. They did Greg Fidelman mixes of some St. Anger live cuts for vinyl club. This gets me excited for the eventual box set.

Unfortunately a recent email was sent to say Vinyl Club is on hiatus. Hopefully it returns.

Now That We're Dead is a mix of Blue Monday, Megadeth's Trust and Enter Sandman.

An 80s sythwave version of Now That We're Dead could work.

Hats off to everyone here that still uses the official forums too, I can barely read through a topic on that site. For all of the "song too slow imo" that we get, at least there's no fanfiction lyrics here.

I only tried ChatGPT to see if it can generate 'decent enough' lyrics for an unreleased song. It did ok.

LOL I didn't even realize that was AI. That's hilarious. The one person who said "there's no way the real song can be better than these" lol

So people started writing their own lyrics to new Metallica song? And then tried it with AI?
Remember when Phil Towle provided the band with lyrics in SKOM? haha, what was he thinking?!

Just realised The End of the Line kind of sounds like the initial Some Kind of Monster riff.

Where The Wild Things Are is so damn underrated. I used to be a contrarian and call it my favorite Metallica song when I was like 17, but itβs still top 10 for me. Every bit as good as Outlaw, Bleeding, and Fixxxer.

I couldn't find the originals. Wow I need the originals now. This sounds close to a re-recording.
