Only the brave: based on true events this movie is about a huge forestfire in Arizona where 19 firemen burnt to death. It could have been better if it were shorter. Now there are pretty boring scenes.

Skywalkers: A Love Story
Silly Russians climb VERY high buildings for ballet pose. Utterly terrifying and strangely underwhelming. It's a documentary but it feels SOOOOOOOOO scripted.

Deadpool & Wolverine
Not much of a movie, really. The plot? Clearly an afterthought. It was basically just a butt joke after another, with lots of violence, excessive cameos and callbacks to iconic comic book moments. This movie was 100% unadulterated fan service. It was... Meh. As a fan service clip show, 4/5. As an actual movie, 1/5.

Easily the best Alien movie since the first two, and actually was almost on par with them. Had the exact same aesthetics as the first one, and the atmosphere was really claustrophobic and terrifying. The story was great, the sound design was on point, and the casting was fantastic. One of the best movies I've seen in a while. 10/10 |

One of the best movies I've seen in a while. 10/10 glad you enjoyed it 👍 I just didn't get anything out of it, the characters weren't likeable so I didn't give a toss when they were snuffed. in the first two films, the directors make you care about the characters... that's part of the scare. In Alien I didn't want anyone to die and in Aliens, Cameron makes you care about the marines. in Romulus, I didn't give a toss about anyone, not even the main character 🤔 |

Really? I thought Rain was super likeable, well written and well acted. Andy was superb, and Bjorn was a complete piece of shit. Others were good in their roles. In my opinion the characters and casting were some of the high points of the film.

But yeah, T2 is still in my top 3 of all time, I've watched it over so many times, I can close my eyes and watch it from beginning to end in my head. |

Anime mini series, 8 25 minute parts, but it may as well be watched in in sitting as 1 film.
As a huge fan of the franchise, this is amazing. Much better than the last 3 films. This kicks ass so much. I had heard about it coming out but completely forgot about it and then bam, there it is on Netflix.
A must watch if your into the Terminator mythology and all that. Will not disappoint at all. It's just amazing. I won't spoil anything. It's pretty bloody.

You mean like the language option? I watched it in English, just had to switch in the options. Not the language itself, more the way the talk, the pitch of some of the voices. And I don't like the way everything is drawn. Big eyes and all. Just the way it is drawn really. |
