The Cell was amazing. Visually epic with a top notch story. I don't remember much of it tbh, i watched it such a long time ago. All i recall is JLo going into the mind of a serial killer and some really weird visuals.

Dungeons and dragons: a pretty fun fantasy movie. It is no LOTR but rather entertaining nonetheless.
EDIT: some of the jokes are a bit Monthy Pythonish. Especially the one with the corpses.

Scream 6: they should have called this 'yawn 6'. I don't like these slasher movies. So cliché and predictable.

Watched The Green Mile the other night for the first time. Was as good as the hype, really enjoyed it although the weird idea to take the giant prisoner to the dying wife was a bit daft. Every time I pee now I think of Tom Hanks.

Every time I pee now I think of Tom Hanks. But they knew he was a miracle of God's and was innocent! The movie is one of the few occasions where the movie is just as good if not better than the book series.

The movie is one of the few occasions where the movie is just as good if not better than the book series. The Green Mile was released as a short series of books way back when I was regularly reading S.King. But I never got to finish the book. I think I read up to #5 so I knew a lot of what the story was but by the time that last book (or2?) was released I was busy doing something else and never finished it.

Years ago I picked up a copy of the whole thing compiled together for a couple dollars at a second hand book store.

Godzilla minus one: this Japanese Godzilla movie is easily on par, if not better, than the American counterparts. The story set at the end of WWII is really intriguing. A Japanese pilot gets the order to commit Kamikaze but he doesn't feel like dying for a war that can't be won anyway. So he tells the armydudes that his plane has a defect. The armydudes find out it is a lie and the pilot is labeled a coward who doesn't want to die with honor. So he has to live with this shame for the rest of his live. At the end he saves 'the day' and everything is forgotten anyway.
If you like Godzilla and don't mind reading subtitles (or understand Japanese) you should really watch this.

It’s one million times better than any shitty American adaption. Those new ones are so overly shite, and people think that is the real Godzilla. Makes my blood boil.
Minus one is by far the best Godzilla movie since 2016’s Shin Godzilla. 4/5

Ford vs Ferrari: cars, racing, history (LeMans of the '60's). If you like these words, you will love this movie. Awesome! I loved it, it grabbed my attention and held it tight for 2 hours and a half. 5/5 Fuck the haters. 98% on Rotten Tomatoes

Beverly Hills Cop 4. Watchable. Not as bad as Coming to America 2, but not exactly good. I've watched that too. It is completely on the same line as the previous three. Beverly Hills cop is considered 'great' and maybe even 'classic' of the '90's but I just don't see that. 3/5 (like the other 3) If you're a fan of Axel Foley, watch it. If not, don't.

Beverly Hills Cop 4. Watchable. Not as bad as Coming to America 2, but not exactly good. Found it pretty shit, the first ones have charm but you cannot get that vibe back. I love Eddie but I cringed hard several times, it wasn’t funny at all. I smiled maybe 2-3 times but that was it. I love the first two

Back in the day, my friends and I would get really high, turn off all the lights in someone's house, and proceed to hunt each other with staple guns while the Beverly Hills theme song would be blaring on the stereo.
