I feel so spoiled, coming in at the very end of the wait and waiting like 1 year between albums while you guys waited 8 years. Oh well.

I hope this album sounds better than Death Magnetic and Ronnie Rising. Cause as improved as Ronnie Rising is over Death Magnetic, it's way too sterile.

Also, the album being 'done', and the album being 'released' are two separate things. It could be complete at 3pm tomorrow but not released until next year for various reasons.

Lars saying the album will be finished this year but may not be released this year is a warning sign imo. To me it says they are thinking about releasing the Back to Front book and the MOP Reamstered Boxset this year and focusing on pushing the album and touring next year. Just a thought.

Or Lars was saying thew album will be out this year barring something cosmic - i.e. an asteroid hitting the planet or a tidal wave in san fran or an earthquake which destroys HQ.
Basically the album is out this year unless something monumental happens which we couldn't have planned for or foreseen.
