I don't know this was done but it's pretty rad It's a cover with Seattle audio added to it. That isn't James. Doesn't even sound like him.

The 2 discs drive me mad too. I love Murder and Spit but barely hear them...I'm not changing a disc of 6 great songs to a disc of 2 great songs and a mix of blahhhh/pretty good. Not risking my life changing discs behind the wheel to listen to Am I fucking Savage

Am I savage is a great song.

It's fairly polarising - I still strongly dislike Am I Savage and ManUnKind. They stop me from playing the album through to hear good songs like Here Comes Revenge, Murder One and Spit Out The Bone.
I finish Confusion and I've usually had enough of the album and don't have the motivation to skip through the bad songs to hear the good. I'm not sure that would happen if the album was shorter and songs *I* dislike weren't on it.
I still wish the track listing was just:
Atlas, Rise! (it actually works well as an opener) Now That We're Dead Moth Into Flame Dream No More Halo On Fire Confusion Here Comes Revenge Murder One Spit Out The Bone
And on the vinyl, Am I Savage completely fucks up disc 1. I don't listen to the vinyl because of it.

I still really enjoy the song Hardwired for all the same reasons. Works as an amuse bouche.

I agree. Hardwired is nothing special but it's a nice little blast as an opener.
I've cut the album down to six songs at this stage, thinking of putting Atlas Rise back in though.

I would still cut out Confusion, ManUNkind and Murder One. I appreciate what Confusion is all about, but I just can't get into that song. Savage stays for the riff.

The main riff in Confusion is fucking awesome.

The slow chugging intro to Here Comes Revenge sounds like a Slayer song but I can't remember which song. Anyone else here that?

Yeah, that's what I was thinking too. A little bit of New Level in there as well before the Shadows of the cross riff kicks in.

I'm still personally holding on to my Disc One + Confusion and Spit Out the Bone idea. Dump the rest as an EP like BM was. Not too long and has all the good songs on it.

Savage is fucking amazing, it flows very well, no disjointed parts, the solo section is just great, the riffs are so greasy and Hetfield sounds awesome. The lyrics are... I don't care about them but they don't annoy me either. Drums are very simple and laid back, very groovy. Guitars are a even somewhat progressive at times, I love everything about it.
+ dat riff!!!

Yeah, it's great. Kind of sad though that they make it look easy and when and if Metallica do it, it'll probably be a train wreck.

Damn good cover.
Kirks solo sounded better with someone else playing it.

The debut for Spit Out The Bone is going to be sketchy. At the very least I hope it'll be like when they debut St. Anger in 2003. They play it right for at least 5 shows until they tone it down and half-ass it.

And on the vinyl, Am I Savage completely fucks up disc 1. I don't listen to the vinyl because of it. Didn't you say you originally preferred the OG order? Or maybe that was Moderus. Anywho, Savage, is better than the wretched chorus of Revenge.

The new Cirque due Soleil show poster... Am I crazy or is it a huge rip off, even the distressed lettering.

The mid tempo songs sound better speeded up
