Looking forward to Man City vs Liverpool tomorrow...will be a good game. 'Twas a good game, very entertaining. Great result for Spurs too. The situation over at Arsenal is embarrasing, even as a Spurs fan. If (or perhaps rather when) they get rid of Wenger, they should get rid of a lot of the players as well. Players earning hundreds of thousands per week not showing up, when a manager has "lost the dressing room", is something that really grinds my gears. We've seen it recently with Chelsea and Leicester too, and I think it's really disrespectful to the fans and the club. |

While they supposedly had the tightening the belt years while paying the stadium, Wenger has absolute power over all levels of their football set-up. He was even sitting on the panel that interviewed the CEO candidates (CEO who is supposedly his boss), for Pete's sake, so to say it's not his fault is wrong.
In terms of coaching strictly, maybe he even punches above his weight.
But he's not just the head coach. If the squad is stagnant it's his responsibility because he is charge of recruitment too.

Melbourne City eliminated in the finals last night. We didn't turn up at all, awful passing, fuck all strategy, embarrassing all around.
Here's hoping we a get real manager for the new season. Roy Hodgson is here circling the club so we'll see how that plays out.
We won the FFS Cup and threw away the season. So frustrating.

It was terrible from Utd. I've tried but I don't see much improvement under Mou... And he continually throws players under the bus.
Also I would hand out a one-match ban to Aguero. Fellaini is a tool and deserves his red, but Aguero first goes down under no contact and then squares up to him, so it's obviously trying to draw a second yellow. This shouldn't be accepted, just like the Alexis thing.
