I'd say Man City. Don't think Arsenal will get past Barca, and Chelsea might struggle with PSG (who can rest key players as they are shitting on the rest of the French league right now).

Agreed. Arsenal vs Barca will be a great match though.

I'd second City, but I don't think any English teams have a real chance of winning it.

Icey will have to suck it this year since it looks like Barça will eat Arsenal alive. Seriously though, it's gonna be one hell of a matchup.

We'll do typical us. Probably tie or just win at home and then not away. Hopefully we won't have to battle against the ref this time like when he gave that BS second yellow to vanPersie!

Since Man City got money, the best players are now split 3 ways in England.
Instead of Kompany, Zabaleta, Silva, Aguero and Toure being split between mostly United and Chelsea and thus making these two teams great - we end up with a more competitive league but with weaker teams. Now our CL teams can't rest players before big CL games because even teams like Stoke and Palace can buy class players.
Money has made the league great but the top teams weaker. I don't think an English team will win the CL for a while unless it's a 10-men behind the ball for 90 minutes job like Chelsea.

The money roll in England is ridiculous, it's just too much. I don't think an English team will win the CL for a while unless it's a 10-men behind the ball for 90 minutes job like Chelsea. Don't mention that awful moment

I'm even optimistic about Roma vs Real. Roma seemed to have renewed vigour under Spalletti.

Great Barca game tonight :-) I see Ruud van Nistelrooy gave up his assistant coach spot to start at youth level, fair play to him. I have no time for famous former players who think they're hot shit and start their management career in the top divisions. Even if I have a soft spot for Man Utd and by extension Gary Neville, no dice here, you get what you deserve.

They will be forced to sack him soon, friends with Peter Lim or not

Interesting FA Cup results this weekend. Followed the first half of the Chelsea v. City match, turned away for a little bit after halftime an was shocked at the 5-1 outcome! Glad Palace beat Tottenham (although them having one less game just focuses them on the Premier League table, but still).
From an Arsenal perspective, our 0-0 with Hull was obviously not ideal, but their keeper played phenomenal. Any other day we would have had 3 and would have been cruising. Still, not an ideal result before Barcelona in a few days, but not the worst.

So is Mourinho's deal with United a done deal or just rumours?

hopefully just rumours, I'd rather get relegated than having something to do with a guy who is beneath a cockroach.
