Yeah, I standing tix too. I can't remember which entrance, though. Neither can I. I'm also a little nervous about the tix Why are you nervous about the tickets?

Neither can I. I'm also a little nervous about the tix Why are you nervous about the tickets? Just because it's a rescheduled concert, even though it shouldn't be a problem. I've tried standing at the entrance to Rammstein with invalid tix so I'm just a little nervous when stuff like this happens. Was no fun at all.

So they had that Edmonton full show removed, and reuploaded it in pieces. All because of attention brought to it from James saying what he has been saying all tour, just finally put into an official video. The fact that negativity came out of him saying something POSITIVE is fucking pathetic. The media to very much blame, trying to sell it as 'Metallica/James Hetfield responds to recent stupidity.'

Before that, thumbs and comments were disabled.

Yes, they could have always planned to release individual videos. That's not really the thing to focus on here. Again. After the vid was released, they ended up disabling the thumbs and comments. They never do that. The media jumped on the bit before Bells, making it a story, I'm not sure this was before or after the thumbs/comments thing happened, but I'm guessing before. It's likely why that happened, because of media framing of what James said and creating traffic to the video based off of that. That he was responding to 'recent events' of the assholery that was going on in the US, when it's been a tour-long thing that he has been doing. Now the video is removed. C'mon.

Have fun mate, fingers crossed you'll get a good set.
I reckon you'll at least get Through The Never considering how rehearsed it is...and they won't be playing Roam/Unforgiven/Bells/the usual shit because they'll be bored of it by now.

Someone at MetFor posted a translation of an interview with Lars in today's Ekstrabladet:
"There are a lot of fans who are interested in Hetfield’s daily form. How is his health doing this time?
He’s on top. We have played all summer. He is brilliant and we have been diligent. We have been driving in the US since May and finished two weeks ago, so we are totally in the top form of gaming. Now it’s a brand new show that we take care of, so we’ve been diligent in the arena since Monday. It’s a whole new scene, and everything’s new - from the smallest screw up, says Lars Ulrich and promises a list that can satisfy most: "We have been practicing some different songs this time and we come with a supercool setlist that blends new and old and good surprises."

I hope they play Dream/Savage instead of Spit

Big line up so far? Mostly GA ticket holders I imagine. Yes, only GA ticket holders at this entrance. I'm number 58 in line and there are maybe 50 people behind us. The floor is split in half and there are two different entrances.

What's really cool about this show for you guys is the unknown factor.
I guess they'll stick to the opening format of HW, Atlas and Bells, but after that, who knows. And I'm so curious about this new stage show that will push boundaries apparently.
So envious right now.

Have fun, guys! I'm so excited how the setlist will look like and if they'll debut Spit. I think I'm gonna avoid the forum til Monday since I'll see them in Amsterdam and I don't wanna spoil me in terms of stage show and elements.
