My guess is that it's not as easy to have varied set lists on a stadium tour with a massively intricate stage. I bet they'll miss it up more when they get to the arenas in Europe and have a simpler stage.

Jealous that you got to see Four Horsemen. Yeah, I looked at the setlists from previous shows on the tour to see what they played in the past, and I was not expecting Four Horsemen at all. Definitely the biggest surprise of the show. |

Lars' verses in Roam are horrible now....obviously not content with just butchering Sanitarium verses. Why hasn't he got the discipline to just sit back and play the beat? So I saw them a while back in Baltimore. Great show, really no complaints except for the MC (so annoying). I was surprised with how little the crowd knew of the Hardwired stuff, the crowd died when they played newer songs. It sucks because they nailed all of them except for a little mess up in the middle section of Moth. Halo was bad ass live! The NWTD drum thing was SO cringy. I waned to cover my eyes and ears when it started. The guy next to me audibly said "what the fuck is this?".
I've pretty much lost all interest in the band since then. Not exactly sure why, but this tour has been boring. Hopefully it picks up when the arena tour starts.

That performance of Blackened had to be one of the most unenthusiastic I've seen. Het, Kirk and Rob just stood there completely stationary. James voice was shot and had no power in it. Talk about being on autopilot.
Battery was a bit better, but I really wish they would stop the "are you alive?" thing in and play the amazing Middle section. It's been like 18 years of this FFS. I know they brought it back in 2006/07 which gave me unfounded hope for the future.
