Cue Moderus complaining about HR. Also predictable. Cue LeeClaire being snarky. More predictable than MY COCK RAGING IN BONERLAND.

Hope they don't kill off Luke Skywalker (like Han Solo) otherwise these new films will be worse than the prequels in my book.

Trailer looks meh/ok . I would watch a whole movie of that Muppet fish thing next to Chewbacca though, that would be an awesome trip.

Did Mark Hamill just CONFIRM that Rey is Luke’s daughter?
Also has he gone over to the Dark Side?

My review:
It was good. Not that much more and therefor a disappointment. The story often felt too convoluted and a bit all over the place and at times just didn't seem to go anywhere. The movie felt too self-conscious in a narcissistic way and the nods to the original trilogy in the dialogue were often just too obvious and there were too many of them. Too many were also the jokes I felt; I laughed at more or less all of them, but the balance between the drama and the comedy felt off and there were scenes that had comedic elements that just didn't fit with the mood of those scenes. The Force awakens is the third best Star Wars movie for me in my ranking (not counting Rogue One). At this moment The Last Jedi is at place six. I do want to add last but not least that it definitely did have some good aspects too and overall Was a good movie, but it just wasn't close to as good and well-executed as The Force awakens.

Rogue 1 was amazing, all the other movies are pretty crappy for their own reasons. I enjoyed Ewokes- the battle for Endor more then all the SW movies, besides Empire Strikes back though of course, that movie is about as perfect as any SW movie ever tried to be.

I saw it today. With the removal of some of the attempted humour and the poe/rose arc,it could have been great.
My expectations have been low for every movie since after TPM. I still enjoy them for what they are though. It's like trying to compare all metallicas new stuff to their golden era- nostalgia always wins.
That being said, there was some great scenes, great surprises and great acting. Adam Driver and Daisy are very good in this, as is Mark hammill. The movie redeemed itself in the last half.

Mark Hammil basically made Last Jedi watchable, great actor.

That was fucking brilliant! But whyyy. It didn't really go anywhere most of the time story-wise, there were too many jokes and Snoke was just anticlimatic.

I kinda agree, but it felt like they were over before they had started basically. But what an end The last fight of the movie or the fight with the guards? Same goes for both for me: It looked really cool but I didn't think the fight (s) was that exciting.

Not sure I liked it.
I'm also pretty sure I hate the direction the movies have gone.
