My favorite songs are Dream No More and Spit Out The Bone. Moth into flame got ruined for me because I always 'hear' Lady Gaga. Gaga's good, boooooo booooo Uhm, no. Maybe in her own 'pop' style but to me still ... uhm, no. And definately not in Moth into flame and not in any Metallica song. She looked like a spast and sounded like a cat in agonizing pain.

And she's a Witch Bunny! A Witch! And a high Priestess at that. Stay away from that Black Magic BigBunny. She's the Devil's child.

Actually my favourite (after listening again) is still Now That We're Dead. I know a lot of people don't like it but it's my fav.

I liked that acoustic version better. Had a nice groove. In person, live a few summers ago it was great (in person the donkey Kong drums were actually fun, you felt them in your chest). On the album, meh, the verses don't do anything for me, the chorus is alright.

Yes, the riff is awesome and I also like the chorus and the way the song changes in tempo and melody. I love the flow of it all. Do I sound like a musician now?

There's a vocal removed version on YouTube, but this one has the vocals (just close your eyes). Gives you an idea. I never downloaded the show with my code, I wonder if it'll still work 🤔

My favorite songs are Dream No More and Spit Out The Bone. Moth into flame got ruined for me because I always 'hear' Lady Gaga. That might have been the case for me but I shut it off real quick and don't remember it. Will never listen again. Don't like that they did it either. Fuck mainstream pop, Metallica should be doing nothing but pulling metal bands up until they are done. They should also make a Metallica festival that lives long after the are done and dead. Metfest/Metallifest should be a thing. Remember Ozzfest? Why doesn't Metallica do that? They have more power than Ozzfest ever had. Pretty disappointed in them that they haven't been the bigger guiding light for 'metal' that they should be. I had no issue with the Gaga colab, mainly because it was done as a one off at an awards night. Bringing here into the studio would be different. Marianne Faithful has old school cred, so got the approval of Met fans for her part in Memory. And it worked really well. I love the idea of Metallica creating a Festival that would keep their flame burning long after they are done. Great idea, so time to resurrect Orion as soon as Covid is something we only remember rather than live with

Calling it 'Orion festival' was part of the problem imo. Didn't they say it didn't work out and was a money hole? I mean, they did it in Detroit.
Make it to the point. Metfest. Metallifest. Metallica fest/ival. They are the biggest name ever in metal. Use it.

It'd be awesome if the next record has Un4given, except instead of being another slow one like everyone would expect, it was a murderous rampage of a song with blast beats and super fast tempo to end the series. It should be like the kill kill kill part of All within my hands, all the way through and it should only be around 2 minutes long. Even shittier sound than St. Anger.

It was such a massive money hole that it basically directly led to current Metallica ticket prices and the VIP passes and all that other money-gouging bullshit. They had to make the money spent on those two festivals (and the TTN movie) back somehow.

It's a terrible, hokey title for a half decent song. Puns are NOT welcomed on Metallica albums in this house.

I can't believe how cooled off I've gotten on ManUNKind. I loved it for a couple of years because of that Sabbath groove style they've never really attempted, but it's really not a well executed song. I love the Rob writing credit for the intro though.
