London Has Fallen - was this made into a B movie or what ? Horrible horrible CGI. Didn't like it at all, terrible acting too. And why the fuck is the city completely empty, outside of the 5000 bad guys they mannaged to smugle in there. It's so stupid. |

That one was alright, nothing great, but worth a watch. The back story on the guys planet was cool, that would make a cool prequel.

13 Hours - Actually a quite good movie from Michael Bay. Definitely watchable unlike his other recent work. 3/5

It had a couple of cool scenes but yeah it wasn't great. And jesus the girl from Game Of Thrones can't act to save her life, awful.
The Four Horsemen scene was cool though.

Saw Warcraft yesterday. I've been a shameless Blizzard fan boy ever since I played the demo version of Warcraft 1 back in, what, 1994? Needless to say, this film was a long time coming for me. And I enjoyed it. It wasn't perfect, but it was perfectly fine. Visuals were great, acting was fine, dialogue was mostly good, and the little nods to the fan base were awesome. Obviously, this was just the prologue for the series, and I'm pretty excited to see the next one.
But truth be told, I can see why someone with no prior experience with the Warcraft lore might not like the film. As a movie, it wasn't the most coherent and it didn't bother to explain things very much. Didn't bother me though, as I know the lore inside and out. :)
Definitely one of the best video game based movies I've seen, alongside Resident Evil 1, Mortal Kombat 1 and Angry Birds.

Documentary film about sleep paralysis. I think I've only had that a couple of times in my life so I can't relate to it much but it was interesting seeing the fucked up dreams people have.
