Just saw Solo. I went in expecting nothing, and I was very pleasantly surprised. A thoroughly enjoyable space western with great casting and fun dialogue. Definitely one of my favorite Star Wars movies, quite surprisingly.

That was worldwide. This weekend it'll finish about half projected. Now Disney might start listening. Disney have always produced harmless live action films with little substance, that won't change.

Disney acquired Miramax in 1993, and the first film they produced after that was Pulp Fiction. You know, the harmless live action film with little substance.

Saw Solo for a second time today. Still enjoyed it. It's kinda funny the two times i've seen it have been with friends who went into it with super low expectations and wanting to hate it but both groups have came out enjoying it even more than me. I think it's just a decent but fun film on par with Rogue One but they are all of the opinion that it's the best of all of the new movies.

I'm more concerned with the fall out and the possibility of ousting Kathleen Kennedy and her round headed buffoon, lap dog, Rian Johnson. The aftermath has been beautiful. It almost tastes like skittles. Which reminds me...

Force Awakens and Rogue One were shite though Alan P, Last Jedi was better (which isn't saying much lol).

Some parts are a lot better, but then there are a lot of parts which just take a giant shit on those good/great parts, and in the end make the movie...not that good.

Even the pod racing game on N64 was a missed opportunity. I still kept playing it though hoping something would unlock and make it better. Oh well, back in the day I found it for $5 at a thrift shop.

I've seen all 3 Lord Of The Rings movies with them. it's fantastic to hear a great score live with the movie playing.
