It would make sense they do a set for songs post Reload, much more interesting than just repeating the old classics.

And then 99% of the time you're a complete shitshow. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I really can't see anything off Hardwired going that well with the orchestra.

Halo would work well.
If we're lucky, they'll play Now that we're Dead with an extended 20 minute timpani group smash-a-long.

I get an unnamed feeling that they will play the acoustic version of All within my hands.

I get an unnamed feeling that they will play the acoustic version of All within my hands. I actually doubt that a little. They'll already be cramped for space on stage and having acoustic songs would require Lars to bring his acoustic kit along (well, he doesn't have to, I guess, but he's always done that, presumably because he's incapable of playing quietly on his regular kit for some reason) which would be a waste anyway for just one song.
Plus, a fully acoustic song and an orchestra is kind of a bad mix, I think. Symphonic orchestras are of course masters of dynamics, being quiet and loud in equal measure but I'd say their most natural state is being on the loud side. The song wouldn't really benefit much from the orchestra if they had to hold back just so the band stays audible. Besides, when playing just acoustically they couldn't really ramp up towards the end to get that payoff like they did with Nothing Else Matters.
I'm not saying it's impossible, but I do think it's a bit on the unlikely side. It's adding way too many elements of uncertainty to an already very experimental combination.

Good points! Maybe they could arrange the acoustic version with electric guitars instead.

You need to ring the establishment and abuse whoever answers the phone. Once sorted, demand a discount for shabby service

I saw a stage plan on the other forum. If it is correct, the setup is in-the-round and the orchestra are seated in a circle around the main stage. Should be good for filming

I ain't got anybody to see it with so maybe we can go together? I promise not to try and jerk you off during the screening. Seems like the options are the Wed at 7pm or Fri at 8:45pm.

I bought a whole row of seats so I could be confident I would have no need to interact with people. Something could be arranged - are you sure the jerk off option is off the table?

Or on the table? Or under the table? Honey, I can jerk you off in any way you see fit.
