2x4 is like a million times better 2x4 on the album feels kinda lifeless, the live version from Donington '95 is far, far better if you ask me. It's the only one I even listen to anymore. So glad it was more or less pro mixed as a single B-side. Correctomundo |

frustrated that it took three pages for me to see this fucking song come up. fuck this song. i hate it so much. happy to see the judas kiss and my apocalypse rightly also being brought up here. by no means the worst metallica songs but fuck they aren't good, not at all, completely objectively. |

I'd cut out that first drawn out wah solo bit with the break down riff up to and including the "Judas lives recite this vow, I've become your new god now" part, the rest is fine IMO.

Pretty much this. That riff isn't strong enough to have all of that breakdown play with it, it got very repetitive fast IMO. I wish they messed around with the chorus riff a little more if anything, that's such a strong riff that gets a little buried with the vocals on top of it. |

That i've become your new god now part isn't that bad, the 6:30 section onwards is great though. Awesome song. |

Judas Kiss is still pretty much my favorite song on DM. I don't find that it repeats or slows at all. All the sections flow tight to me.

Thingy is the low point for me, though it's still great, I never really have the patience to sit through it.
MOP is pretty much the perfect album. Can't really say anything bad about that one.
Damage Inc, with its intro, would have been a great album opener with Battery closing the album. Maybe in bizarro world it is so.
