Chris Carter needs to do a George Lucas and step away. He won't though. Ah well, we should at least get a few decent standalone episodes. Hopefully they manage to get Vince Gilligan back for one.

Great so Season 11 will be Death Magnetic. Each episode will have great writing and performances, but will be completely pixelated and result in eye strain and headaches until Moderus gets the raw footage and releases it on Pirate Bay.

I never really got into X-Files, but I watched the new season with my mom since she used to be a big fan and I enjoyed it. What was so bad about it compared to the older seasons?

Most people agree that the X-Files got progressively worse after season 6. There's still good episodes in the later seasons, but the alien conspiracy story just got more convoluted and Chris Carter's writing got worse. So the new season wasn't bad compared to the older ones, it pretty much picked up right where they left off so it was bad like the older ones (season 8 and 9). But the main problem is we only got 6 episodes and 3 of them were Carter conspiracy episodes so the good to bad ratio was especially bad. |

The first few seasons where A++. After the first movie it was all down hill. But man, when that show was good, it was so good. The other movie with that molester guy was OK, but still kind of shit.

This is good news. More X-Files is better than no more X-Files Also More Scully is better than no more Scully If it ended after season 7, when it was supposed to, and never returned, I would be happier about that. |
