I use quite a lot of reverb on my main vocal tracks most often, but I'm not sure if I should do the same with the overdubs or not...how do you mix vocal overdubs?

I put a bit more reverb on the back up tracks to push them behind the main track, group them and pan them about 10% to the left and right.

It depends on how many overdubs you're talking about.

It depends on how many overdubs you're talking about. Just one or two in the chorus of the song.

It depends on how many overdubs you're talking about. Just one or two in the chorus of the song. Reduce the reverb on the main vocals by half and only use a quarter the amount on the backing vocals. I tend to split them 30-40 left and right and bounce the most barely of audible delays to the opposite channel for thickening.
