So close, they just needed more vocals, including Rob + more Kirk soloing. Still by far the best one

The melody reminds me of U3.

That was a cool video. Are there any others we're missing now? I've lost track.

I love that Rob is always there teaching people stuff. Rob is awesome in these videos because he's just so attentive and willing to help the band sound better. He's like an internal producer and moderator to an extent. Honestly I was going to hypothesize that they forgot to upload the Atlas one when the song came out and it got forgotten about. Glad to hear it's still coming.

Do you think we'll get a making of the video for Atlas? Haha. I hope not I use a lot of video editing software. There are a lot of plugins now that you simply load in a bunch of footage and the software will edit it down into a jumbled mess of an automated edit. I imagine that's all they did with the Atlas video. Insert 100 hours of studio footage out pops the video for Atlas.

That outro part James is talking about in the last minute of the video, some of the best shit they've ever written.

It really is.
It's my favorite Metallica outro, might be my favorite melody they have done honestly. It hits my emotions every time I hear it.

There's just something to that melody, I can't put my finger on it but it's amazing. Sometimes I find it sad, sometimes happy and sometimes I picture this hero-ish theme going on. It's just great.

It's kind of like the sections on Turn the Page, after 'what she said', that riff and the solo after, but double faster.
Since the album came out, that section on HOF kept making me think of Garage Inc for some reason, and that might be it. Maybe a combo of something else too I can't think of now.

It definitely has its own kind of vibe. Sort of like a modern version of the end of Fade to Black.

FTB is kind of obvious, I was thinking of something else, and I think it's the outro to Astronomy mix with the TTP part I mentioned.
I'm not thinking it has it's own kind of vibe, because I swear it sounds like something too familiar.

My main problem with this song is that the outro is so excellent it makes the rest of the song sound lame by comparison. The whole song is good, but every time I listen to it I just want to hear the ending. Definitely one of the best things they've ever written.

Hmm I can't relate to that, I find the song great from start to finish. An amazing outro doesn't make the rest less good.

^ I disagree strongly.
There are so many good parts. The outro is awesome but my favourite may be the "Prayers cannot get through" part. Such a great hook and a killer riff.
