I would say A Matter of Life and Death is one of the best modern Maiden albums.

There's no better Maiden album than Brave New World. Fact.

BNW is their best album since FOTD.

Mastodon - Emperor of Sand
Not up to their usual standards.

The 2 DOWN EP's were a bit disappointing, obviously, nothing's gonna come close to NOLA, II or Over The Under.
Just expected more, really.

You have two collections of songs with different sounding production on both. Would've just been better as an album project.

Green Day - Uno
Borrowed it from the library, what a piece of shit. I only ripped 2 songs off it and that was so I didn't feel like it was a total waste of my time.

The only tunes I dig on it are Angel Blue and Oh Love.

I'm a fan of Gojira, The Way of All Flesh and Magma are good.
Despite good reviews, From Mars to Sirius is not my cup of tea.

Was listening to Ride the Lightning this morning, for the first time in a good while, and when it finished the next album on the old player is St Angry.
As soon as Frantic started, it just sounds so fucking shit. Sonicly it is terrible, so much worse than I remember. I am going to have to remove it from my player, I can't risk that happening again.

I tried to listen to St. Anger a few days ago as well as soon as the drumming kicked in i switched it off. Lulu is still the worst thing they've ever done though.

Skid Row - Subhuman Race.
They used Bob Rock after the success of the Black Album, but it didn't do them any good, the production is rather poor, though this is made rather immaterial by the fact the songs are all dreadful.

Rush - Hold Your Fire
Can't say if it is the worst Rush album but I felt disappointed with this one.

The two most disappointing albums, considering the majesty of the previous, were Ugly Kid Joe's "Menace to Sobriety" and again with "Motel California" How did their writing take such a nose dive from America's Least Wanted???
