This isn't a bad performance by any means people. Sick harmonies in the chorus. James just got tremendously fucked over by the now fired sound people.

I actually dug the stage set up, as well as the idea of the performance. It was supposed to be big, stupid, bombastic fun. Methinks they would have torn the house down if not for the dead mic and the idiot presenter.

James throwing away his guitar was likely the best part of that performance. Even better than that MIDI version of Master of Puppets, the finest song Mustaine has written to date.

It's a shame it went down the way it did, gaga brought a lot of energy to that performance and the guys pushed harder because of it. I hope they take her out on stage and do it properly at their later show with their own engineers. It could have been great and gaga has some decent pipes on her
