Listened to it now. It was alright. His delivery on the line I don't want to die reminds me of Matt Bellamy.

They basically just play the song totally straight with a weaker guitar tone. Also Lzzy Hale's a great vocalist but she just doesn't feel quite comfortable with these vocals for whatever reason. Overall bad song choice for them. I'd like Lzzy to Ride my Lightning. Booo |

She's a great singer but this song doesn't fit them.
I love their cover of the Whitesnake song Still of the night. Their covers are often better then their own material.
