Everyone seems to dig confusion I take back saying Moth is the best chorus. The harmonies during the chorus of Confusion won't leave my head. I'll give it another shot |

Atlas Rise!: 8/10
Now That We´re Dead: 7/10
Moth Into Flame: 9/10
Dream No More: 9 Heavy cool song! Love the "You turn...to stoooone" part.
Halo On Fire: 8+/10 interesting....
Confusion: 6+/10 some cool riffs but...i dont' know
ManUnKind: 4/10
Here Comes Revenge: 3/10 just bad
Am I Savage?: 6/10
Murder One: 5/10 Rip lemmy
Spit Out The Bone: 6/10 yes it's fast but... i dont't know...
CD 1 is much better than CD 2.
This was just after one listening so i know it's gonna grow on me but
right now i'm disapointed. To many throw away songs
Many of the riffs doesn't go anywhere.... just boring and to long songs.

ManUnKind and Murder One, perhaps? Not sure what I'd cut yet. But the whole thing is a bit of slog to get through in one sitting. I think it's because the album feels fairly one-dimensional. The album basically consists of heavy mid-tempo songs bookended by two thrashers (Hardwired and Bone). That's why I would have replaced a song and added a ballad instead for variety. |

He was great on Halo as well. Yes! I loved the soft singing in the verses and how he adds grit at the end of them when it gets closer to the next part in the song. |

Overall disk 1 is stronger, but there's some cool stuff on disk 2 as well. Certainly more experimental.

I kinda wish James had the singing ability of Bruce Dickinson in the chorus of Atlas, rise!, 'cause the music promises so much and has a lot of melody while the vocal melody is quite monotone. I think he would've gone with a more melodic vocal line in that part if he would be able to perform it vocally. It wouldn't work that well if he did a more melodic one but sang it an octave lower either unfortunately.

Kirk has hardly any good solos, apart from on SOTB.
I sometimes feel like words have different meanings for you. Like Good = Bad, and vice versa. That's about the only way I can explain some of your posts.
I was all "doom and gloom" about Kirk's solos on the album, considering the quality of the solos on the first three singles, and he absolutely exceeded my expectations.
