Any of you guys use the service and have good or bad things to say about it? Any hidden fees, annoying updates, glitches etc.

I used it for awhile in order to use Photoshop. I didn't have any problems with it. When I wanted to switch my plan to a cheaper one, I chatted with customer service and it was done in five minutes. So that was a nice experience, considering how frustrating customer service can be.
