Thanks for the link! Still think the song is great. Haha, it was fun watching Lars trying out the wah pedal as well as him getting a massage all casually.

Saw it on mobile yesterday when I was half asleep, I was thinking "who is that old annoying man stepping on Kirks wah". It actually took me a bit before I realized it was Lars I love these type of videos but somehow I felt this was a little underwhelming and rushed. I liked the Hardwired one much much better. The best thing ever would be a complete making of documentary, I would love that.

And I've found both videos slightly underwhelming. I want more Hetfield playing guitar and singing, and less Lars and Greg talking in riff code names and arrangement/studio speak. Also, has either video featured Kirk doing rhythm guitar? Maybe he just flew in from Hawaii to hit the wah for a couple of hours to lay down improv solos, and left? Maybe this will be the first album since Black to feature an all Hetfield guitar section. If so, taking that into account plus the writing credits, Hardwired really is shaping up to be the Hetfield/Ulrich album

It's seems like Kirk, and Rob too, was pretty absent in the writing/creating process. Goes hand in hand with the credits too yes. I dunno, I want the best Metallica album possible but I really liked that DM vibe where everybody pitched in. It could just be a coincidence though, Kirk and Rob might have had much more input on the rest of the songs Kirks Xmas sweater was a nice contribution to the vid I liked that bit too, man it's uuuugly
