Its so true. Every time they would come to MTL, I'd score my tickets through Metclub, then five seconds into regular public sales they would sell out and a second show added. That second show always has the better set list!
This year there is only one date... And the island that this concert is on will be so packed for that one night, that they have to play some cool shit. Last show was by request and was the standard first five album set with LOS thrown in by default.

I've got the first show of the U.S. tour so I'm sure it will be a pretty standard set list to get in the groove of things again.
All I ask for is Halo or Dream and I will be happy.

Why the fuck do they ruin the whole song by letting Kirk and Rob sing the best part of the whole album. Fuck me this is so typical Metallica

Yeah it seems like Kirk is away form the mic running towards it so he stepped in and took it. Or they planend it like that. But yeah, there's always one thing. It sounded pretty fat and heavy though

I'm thinking it sounded massive at the stadium He also uses the guitar he used at the Copenhagen soundcheck. I wonder if they were going to debut it there but couldn't because of James' vocal problems. Either that or they were just practicing it there. You missed out friend.

Hopefully it's not gonna be a song which sounds massive from the audience sources, but abysmal from LM.

Like every other song

Easily the best HW song live. James voice made me burst through my boxers and blew the zipper off my pants.
Kudos to Rob stepping it up lately, he's been singing a lot more and has come a long way.
Go away Sad and never come back. Dream makes you look like a baby.

Fuck that was good, my cock just exploded. By far their heaviest live song together with Thingy, finally the guitar tone is MASSIVE, everything sounds amazing, including Rob. I love that Lars took away the stupid snare fills in the pre chorus, sounds much better this way, I also dig the guitar harmonics James did in the end.

Is there any video evidence of Rob fucking up during a show? James forgets lyrics, Lars trolls us by not playing the Moth toms fill, Kirk mumbles his way through the NEM intro, but I can't think of any instance where Rob noticeably fucks something up. Is he also hazing Jasonic by playing the bass lines way better than Jason ever did?

Rob must be employing deep-level hazing on Jasonic by playing the bass so well that he doesn't even need to have the most overrated backing vocals in the history of recorded time.

Debuting Dream no more? Fucking awesome! Playing TV Eye, which I've always thought was a cool song, with Iggy Pop himself? Fucking awesome!
I've sat here with a big grin on my face throughout most of these two videos. To sum up: Fucking awesome!
