I still think people are missing out ignoring Lulu. Its one of the better "other projects" Metallica has done. Listened to Blind Melon - Soup tonight

Jay Reatard - Watch Me Fall
Your name was problematic but we love you and miss you and wish you were still here. This album was a highlight from a year (2009) with nothing but peaks. (HE WASN'T WRONG </3) Paul finally started playing Temporary Secretary live in 2015! It was great. Ah, cool! That was an odd one but one I liked a lot. Comparing Bish Bosch to Lulu? Shame on you! LEAVE LULU ALONE!!!

Voivod - Post Society
Pretty cool new EP. The title track in particular sounds very old school, it would've fit right in on their late 80's albums.
edit
Smashing Pumpkins - Siamese Dream Genesis - Foxtrot

Dead Kennedys - Fresh Fruit For Rotting Vegetables
Just bought the 25th Anniversary edition of this, it comes with a documentary about the early years of the band, haven't watched it yet but it should be good. Classic album, early 80's hardcore punk was awesome.

Oranssi Pazuzu - ValonieluPost-something or another metal. Psychedelic musics. Space vibes. Interesting and fun. This album was in my youtube recommendations and I elected to listen because the artwork was cool so it's got that going for it too. Apparently their latest album came out yesterday so I think I will give that a listen soon.

Classic album, early 80's hardcore punk was awesome. My kids dad was heavily into this band - and all punk - and he seriously wanted to name our first kid 'Jello Biafra' Of course I refused and he then wouldn't agree to 'Charlotte' after Charlotte Sometimes - my fave ever! The Cure track. Oh well, the name she did get, suits her perfectly :)

Metallica - Death MagneticYou may have heard this one. Still feel the same way I did in 2008 and think "That Was Just You're Life" and "All Nightmare Long" are far and away the best songs on this record. It's good fun up to a point but I just do not care for the last quarter of the album. A very solid album tho, yo!
