I kept misreading it as "Big Black Goat" and tbh that'd be a cooler album name

"Bartman" I hear you ask "why are all of your comments so positive? are you really that undiscerning that you like everything?" no way there Mean Gene! while it's true that I'm a mella fella, the fact is I just have really phenomenal taste in tunes! you can't hold that against a brother, can you? Today's albums: David Bowie - Station to Station"And when I listen to a really good song I start nodding my head like I'm saying 'YESSSSS' to every beat 'YES YES YES THIS ROCKS' and then sometimes I switch it up like 'no No NOOOOOO DON'T STOP A-ROCKING'" Julia Holter - Have You In My WildernessThis is well gid. My favourite from 2015.

Anathema - A Fine Day to Exit been listening to this album all day That's one of my least favorite of theirs honestly. I want to really like it but I just can't get into it. Still good though.

Scott Walker - Bish Bosch If you enjoyed Lulu you'll love this delightful little romp through the park. All of Anathema's shit is awesome, now shut up you silly beaver. My bed. Literally every single second of every single album that they've put out is literal perfection.

Thiiiiiiiis eve, what got spun was: Paul McCartney - McCartney IIBelieve it or not, this fella is something of a blindspot for me (as I'm not really a fan of The Beatles, tbqhwu) but I've heard quite a bit of him on the radio lately so I thought I'd delve into his solo work. This one is really good. I wish I listened to it earlier. In terms of structure, it reminds me a little "Heroes", with those more experimental and synthy tracks in the middle with more typical rock songs either side. I dig it. Sports - All of SomethingWas recommended this by Spotify. It's slackery punky emo-y power-y indie-y anxious-y in love sad pop barely over 20 minutes album and like you fucking need to ask because of course this kind of thing is right up my street. One of those albums fir the summer. Their singer would be a good country singer. " Will you miss me like I miss you? So I get blue and won't talk to you 'cuz it'll hurt too badly when you let me down" See, it's only rn that I realised that I added the wrong link and that the song and the quote don't sync up but the way I see it, you're now getting more info on this ace record! (the line is from the song "Get Bummed Out" because of course this band has a song called "Get Bummed Out") therealsports.bandcamp.com/album/all-of-something

Local H - As Good As Dead I can't believe it has been 20 years since this album came out. Anyone who likes Nirvana's sound must check out these nobodies from the 90s, hell, they even played a whole show at Halloween dressed as Nirvana and its great.

Paul finally started playing Temporary Secretary live in 2015! It was great. Scott Walker - Bish Bosch If you enjoyed Lulu you'll love this delightful little romp through the park. Bish Bosch is the third one in that series; The Drift is second, Tilt is first.
