New Arch/Matheos is good! Quality album. Like the last one though, it can get a bit monotone, and I feel Arch's vocals crowd things a bit. Still a solid album. Will be getting more listens yeah, his vocals will always get in the way because of his delivery, so no need whatsover to put him so up front in the mix, really hides the brilliant music. Wrath of the Universe and Pitch Black Prism <3

Will be getting more listens When they announced it, I thought it will be a contender for album of the year. I loved the previous album even though, like you said, it was a bit hard to get into because of the vocals. Having said that, his vocal melodies were very good. For some reason, I just could not listen to the new album even if I was really looking forward to it. I'm sure they delivered some beasts of songs as Matheos usually does. Speaking of FW, Ray Alder released a new song from his solo album.

The Aristocrats/Joe Satriani/Dethklok bassist Bryan Beller is releasing a double solo album featuring all star guest musicians like Petrucci, Satriani, Gene Hoglan e.t.c.
Those who enjoy all kinds of instrumental guitar music, I highly recommend you to follow this.

I have to get the new Aristocrats album, I think I have to go to their website to buy it.

But of course, buying is supporting and these folks definately deserve it.

Metallica and Lou Reed - Lulu I was thinking about going through that album again. It’s worth it. I spin it every now and again. Once you get that it’s more Lou with Metallica as a backing band it’s slightly more palatable. Also, as a drama nerd, I love the story aspect of it.
