You're right No the song I am thinking of was off Rumors, perhaps "Dreams" is the song? Dammit dude, now I'm not sure, hate when that happens. I read it in a mag years ago but there's probably something online about it. Probably Dreams. So Fleetwood Mac has replaced Lindsey with Neil Finn and Mike Campbell (Tom Petty).
I'm excited and I hope they record something with Neil involved.
Buckingham has been a bit of a tosser for a good while now.
Neil is class act and I can see this working real well, though I bet the band cop a bunch flak for the decision.

I was big on Zeppelin when I was teen, but over the years R. Plant just really started to bug me. Too whiney. That, and I've just heard their stuff way too much. Every other song on the rock station is Black Dog, Rock and Roll, Over the Hills etc.
From that era, Sabbath, Hendrix, The Doors and many others will always get my vote over Zeppelin or the Stones, hands down.

I can see Sabbath being rated over Zeppelin or Stones, and also Doors over Stones - not over Zeppelin though. But Hendrix? He might've been highly influential in his time, but to me, he always sounded boring, repetitive and kind of a mess, really.
