I can't even watch the Olympics because NBC has 2 hour time delays and shit and when I am able to catch something, it's like 2 minutes of heavily edited Olympics and 20 minutes of commercials. It's unreal how horribly they're handling them. But nothing will beat those Beijing Olympics and that opening ceremony....the way those thousands of people were so synchronized.....it was.......unnerving
It was unbelievable. Thanks to Zhang Yimou, the director of Hero and many other awesome movies.
However I was also in awe with London, and Rio was very good either. These are all beautiful. If I remember correctly Athens wasn't too bad as well but it was modest compared to these.

USA vs Serbia was an amazing game.
Teodosic, Jokic and Raduljica gave an unforgettable performance. USA was a bit tired or they thought it would be another easy game. The discipline and team work Serbia showed were just text book European basketball. I rooted for them because they have two players from the club team I support, and it was kind of natural to support the underdog.
Spain vs Lithuania was amazing too. 40 points different between two strong Euro teams isn't something you often see. Australia is surprisingly very dominant.
Women competition is also going really well. I'm surprised that we beat Belarus and Brazil, and made the top 8. Hopefully we might grab a medal this time. It would be like a dream come true.
