They seem to have played it 56 times in total during the Infestissumam era. I think I've seen it (the album version) 3 times live and I've seen the acoustic version once.

We are in Buenos Aires and are looking forward to playing for you all today. Unfortunately, (A Nameless Ghoul) Omega will not be with us today (and not tomorrow in Santiago) and our multi-talented bass player (A Nameless Ghoul) Water will fill in for him for these two shows...
Bass duties will be handled by an offstage session ghoul.
But worry not dear worshippers - Omega is alright and will be with us in the US and when we return to South America (within not too long).

The quality is pretty shit but the crowd seemed really into it. Water missed his queue during the intro to Cirice because he was trying to get the crowd going which was pretty funny, but he did a pretty good job filling in for Omega.
