Got my tickets today to see The Smashing Pumpkins next month. They are doing an acoustic tour. Last night they even brought out James Iha to play with them which is pretty crazy.

Going to this... Nice. Hadn't heard of this before. The Koko club is a cool venue. I liked it a lot. Almost had a R+ crew meet up in the black heart a couple years ago. We couldn't get in due to another festival at same time. |

I booked a hotel so i didn;t have to miss half of CoC to get the last train home. £140 quid for a Holiday Inn for the night, capitalising bastards!! |

I remember seeing Placebo years ago at outdoor festival here.
The bass was so intense and due to my "state" at the time I swore it was altering the beats of my heart. I went and checked out another stage after 3 songs coz I didn't wanna die.

I saw them near the start with their first album tour. It was very good even then (though upclose, daytime in a hot tent*). Would love to have seen them again since, and will when they finally get back here, no question.

Muse blew the roof off the O2 last night. Been a long time coming, finally got to see them live. The drones and drapes screens were spectacular too. I wanna go again tonight! :)

John Scofied is playing for an entire week in my city in May. Tickets are pretty expensive though and I'm not sure I'll be able to afford any in time. Damnit! We'll see! Maybe I'll start a crowd funding campaign up. That's how everyone makes money these days, right?
