So yeah, Coventry tickets went on sale this morning and 2 of them ended up being purchased by me. Fucking Coventry? Milton Keynes was a ball ache to get back to hotel from. Coventry looks worse - this Ricoh Arena. Already most hotels around are booked out.

I don't know why people make fun of these 'local song' performances of Kirk&Rob.
I for one would love if they'd play a popular Turkish song.
Some people prefer full on high octane shows, without any interruption, without any speech.
I'm in the other group.
I lvoe when artists take their time to have fun. Connect with the auidence. Make it more personal.
Their doodles are almost always half assed, with lots of mistakes. Not taken seriously. just check any Iron Maiden cover they did live. Short jams. Nothing serious.
Engel is a cool effort. I liked it.
I just wished Kirk's guitar would have been louder, heavier during Engel.

Next uk date announced. Principality Stadium Cardiff. Booked the hotel next to it straight away before it sold out and prices rocket. Burned on Coventry for that.
So, we have Belfast, Coventry, Cardiff..
Surely to Satan we will have a Scottish date!

I was at the Rammstein concert in Tampere, Finland last night, and I had the time of my life. My ears are still ringing.
Rammstein is the only band I don't mind paying any amount of money to see, they will ALWAYS be worth it. The tickets to this show were 120 euros, but I would've easily paid 300 euros for this experience and not even flinched. They're just THAT FUCKING GOOD. You don't get a show like that anywhere else. Their material is so strong, they could play ANY songs and it would be the best show I attended that year.
Yesterday's concert was almost 2,5 hours, too, with un-fucking-believeable pyros and effects throughout. And the new songs were awesome live, even the ones I'm not a big fan of. Magical, just magical. If I had a choice of a Metallica concert or a Rammstein concert, I'd choose Rammstein ten out of ten times. No question.

One more thing: the ending of Heirate Mich produced the loudest noise I have ever experienced. I didn't just hear it - I somehow sensed it with all my senses. It felt like it was inside my head. One of the most bizarre and wonderful things I've ever felt.

Saw the new show..nay, experience at Berlin and UK. Got tickets for 3 shows thus far for 2020. It is the greatest live show in the world!!

But seriously, 120 euros is a fucking bargain for Rammstein. Even 300 euros would be reasonable for that show. And I saw everything perfectly well from my seat in section A2 of the arena. The cheapest, "floor" tickets were 89 or 99 euros. But seriously, who wants to watch their show standing if there's seating available?
