Star Trek actor Anton Yelchin has been killed in a car accident.
This sucks. 27 years old. And Star Trek Beyond is out in 5 weeks. I loved the new movies.

If you have a Jeep Cherokee, best get rid of it. Apparently a defect in the 14-15 Jeeps is what likely caused the accident.

Billy Bob from Varsity Blues died this weekend too so yep.....2016 is in full swing! i seem to recall really liking that film. better than the Friday Night Lights film at least (tho nothing on the TV series or buzz bissinger's piece of journalism). either way, very sad to all who lost their close ones this weekend! i like anton yelchin in everything i saw him in and certainly seemed to come across as a perfectly stand-up guy. |

I don't know who this guy is but I did read on a motorsport site about the Jeep recall and the link with this death. Another addition to the list of why not to buy a Jeep.
