I've stopped watching them. I cannot be arsed in wasting my time with Marvel movies. it's all Michael Bay shite across the board. It's all big eksplosions and no plot

Oh get off your high horse. You loved The Force Awakens, didn't you? Because that's hardly any more intelligent. And for the record, Civil War is easily better than The Force Awakens.

That's fine if you don't care for MCU movies, everyone has different tastes, but don't act like you're somehow superior to everyone else for not enjoying them. I'd still recommend Civil War though.

I'm not superior to anyone, but they have become as throw away as a Transformers movie.
I prefer a story over explosions.
Here's a tip of, watch Rampage. Story and explosions.
I will watch Civil War when it's on LoveFilm

The Force Awakens was exceptionally well crafted and made with love and affection for the source material.
Marvel films to a lesser degree but still good action films.
Transformers no. Made purely and unashamedly for money.

Which in and of itself is not necessarily a bad thing.
It was obvious the reasoning behind it.

@alan_p Red Letter Media did a small review of The Black Hole in their Half In The Bag Interstellar review. Oh I do like Red Letter. I'll have to check that Their Uncharted 4 play through was scathing.

"Southland Tales" is beyond amazing. Great cast, terrific story and just all around fantastic. You must see it if you haven't.

I heard it was hilariously bad.
Same writer & director as Donnie Darko who has yet to have another hit movie.

I'm going to see ID2 today. I love the first film *shrug*. I'm not holding out much hope for this although Mike Stoklasa liked it - so I'll probably enjoy it on a surface level and no more.

Yeah but he likes schlock and thought the first film wasn't self aware enough and too earnest.
I don't mind bad films if they're entertaining.
