I was impressed by Wales today! They were entertaining and I enjoyed them for more or less the same reasons why I enjoy watching U.S.A. play. They could easily have lost that one though

Absolutely gutted life stuff + having to catch a bus happened during the second half of that England match, ffs. I hate it when keepers do that. Trust the wall to do its job and worry about your own side. Yeah, he looked horrible in that situation Btw - those Brits and Russians today... Horrible scenes, downright disgusting Here Kimbo, dinnae you lump me (my gloriously unqualified nation) in w/ that lot pls <3

Once again questionable keeper activity Yep, you just imagine a van der Sar or a Buffon just standing properly and just block/punch the ball clear. I like Dier because he played for my team and all, but that was a saveable shot. Russia was quite poor and England couldn't get the ball home. Pathetic. Rooney did a nice job I must say, but the difference to when Wilshere came in was still quite noticeable. An actual midfielder playing in midfield will always be more quick footed and the flow of play will always be better (yes, even with Wilshere, Hendo or Milner as the options). Rooney pretty much just works in the midfield if the opposition doesn't press high, his first touch and short passing are mediocre, though he can get some tidy crossfield balls. Sterling and Lallana were pure crap and Hodgson still took ages to make a move.

Great goal by Dier, England are an unlucky team imo.

Great goal by Dier, England are an unlucky team imo. The keeper was sucking cock in that situation, should have been saved. Same with the one Modric did btw

Great goal for Ireland. Lovely jinking run and dinked ball from Coleman, superb technique from Hoolahan.

I love watching the Italian anthem. Buffon always gets really into it.

Best match that I've seen of the tournament so far. Proper end to end at times, great to watch. Giaccherini's touch to control the ball for the first goal

Conte really is a great tactical coach, can't be said about the Belgium one. Great match from Italy but I was disappointed in the opposition.

Belgium was appalling yesterday. And the entire country wants Wilmots out (our coach).
He has no tactical brain, he just trust on the individual talent of the players. And his substitutes were bad as well. He should've kept Nainggolan on the pitch and had to switch De Bruyne (worst game ever) or Witsel.
I hope we can win the remaining to games, but first spot in the group will be difficult now.

I sympathise with the Belgium team, they have som great players so I hope they make it through. But yesterday was indeed bad, Fellaini was a train wreck as well

That's the problem with us, we have great players, but we don't have a "team". Italy doesn't have those players like we do, but they have a great team.

Great goal for Ireland. Lovely jinking run and dinked ball from Coleman, superb technique from Hoolahan. We really could have done with holding onto that lead. Good performance overall but we sat back too much after scoring.
