I used many plectums in my day but I have settled on two types now For everyday use it's a jazz pick; For when I am on a shreddy type workout; What do you guys use?

Blackfangs. They have the precision and attack of smaller picks, but also more striking power.

I'll usually use a .71 Dunlop (the pink one with the turtle on it) when playing guitar and a .96 for bass. I will also use a nylon .88 on either (I use to love using a .88 Herco plectrum with my bass but I haven't seen them on sale for years).
That's generally speaking, sometimes I'll use others tho. It does help that these are cheap and plentiful. One thing, every time I use a very thin and flexible plectrum (idk, <.60) I never, ever regret it.

I saw this amazing thing online a while back. It was like a hole puncher, but in the shape of a pick. So you could grab any old piece of plastic, and punch one out if you want.

It was SHIT. His actual note playing was terrible too. He's just so bad.
