Sure, use it to put over two guys who are almost in their 40's. That makes even more sense. Brock was the one to take it. Undertaker wanted him to years earlier. It makes the most sense up until they ruined it 2 days ago. Beating the one who conquered the streak would have put someone over even more than beating the streak itself. Someone new wouldn't have been able to handle it. Instant backlash. They'd have to live up to it right out of the gate. Who else but Brock could pull it off? wtf are you talking about? Im saying it made sence for brock to take the streak. My answer to you was the first part.

Been watching old WWF matches on YouTube. I was a Hulkamaniac as a kid, loved wrestling up through Wrestlemania 6, when Hulk lost to Ultimate Warrior. That absolutely broke my 10-year-old heart, to the point that I stopped watching wrestling altogether. So I missed the Bret Hart era, the NWO, the Attitude era, the PG era, all of it.
Going back and catching up on a lot of it, you know what I realized? Vince McMahon is and always has been the WWF/WWE's greatest talent. Master promoter, commentator, heel, businessman and executive. Without Vince none of it really works, he's probably my favorite WWE personality, even over Hogan.

God bless Ultimate Warrior, i loved that mf. RIP. Noooooo! I got to see UW fight live twice in 80s when I was a kid and he was definitely the highlight. I think he fought Undertaker one time, and maybe SGT Slaughter the other time, it was so long ago.

honestly brother it was the entire event. the entire men's rumble especially: that match had so many highs and enough despair, anger, devastation to leave me confused afterwards. legit the brock rumble was 6 STARS it was SO GOOD and incredible. the rest wavered between great and awful. i don't want to be one of those geeks but matt riddle made a DAFT choice picking nxt over new japan. i appreciate the guaranteed money offer, and the ability to smoke weed without being arrested at the airport, appeal better to matt but, while i do not know him personally i know those who do, he would be so much more fulfilled fighting yuji nagata, shingo takagi, tomohiro ishii every so often and having a run in the G1 more than being in the rumble for 40 seconds, tossed out by baron corbin and getting a severe talking to from brock lesnar!!!

I get my wrestling fix through Cornette's podcast, Bruce Prichard and Melter/Alvarez clips on youtube.
It's more fun to hear people talk about the current product than it is to actually watch modern WWE.

FUCKING killer kross and timothy thatcher have just signed and i have ZERO FAITH i am going to enjoy what happens next. two of my favourite lads, new additions to levesque's toy box.
we can pray that mania 37 will be either kross or thatcher vs lesnar in the main event, i'll sail the seas for that.

i'm subscribed to f4won - i like the newsletter, i get half my news from the board and guaranteed access to the podcasts the day they come out without scowering youtube makes it worth the £8 or whatever it is - and if it wasn't for that i would have no idea about modern wwe. i just about watch nxt every couple of weeks but i'm so tuned out of raw and smackdown. i'll watch selected matches from the network shows but i don't bother getting my hopes up these days. if it's bad, i can always listen to vinny suffer and despair about it without having to watch it myself!
new japan is my #1 go-to promotion and between ddt, all japan, mlw, impact, sendai girls etc there's much more i can be watching - and actually enjoying.

if you lads watch anything non-wwe or in fact any wrestling at all this year, watch this bad boy:
kento miyahara vs suwama for the all japan pro wrestling triple crown, from yesterday. it's amazing, incredible.
