Anyone watch hockey here? The playoffs just started in the greatest hockey league and while not one canadien team made it to the playoffs there are few very interesting match-ups in the first round. Pens vs Rangers and Blues vs Hawks series should get intense. Looking forward to watching how Panthers will do, they were not supposed to be playoff material quite yet. The atlantic division playoff route is favorable for them (for anyone) so they have a chance to go surprisingly far.
First round predictions:
Stars - Wild 4-1
Blues - Blackhawks 3-4
Ducks - Predators 4-2
Kings - Sharks 4-3
Panthers - Islanders 4-2
Lightning - Red Wings 4-1
Capitals - Flyers 4-1
Penguins - Rangers 4-2

I don't really follow NHL other than the Finnish players, so I'll say Florida for the win, because of Jussi Jokinen and Alexander Barkov. Minnesota would also be nice due to the amount Finnish players there.

I think favorites have to be the Kings, Blackhawks, Ducks from the West and maybe the Capitals and Penguins from the East. Sharks have an outside chance.

So we're gonna get a new champ for the 2010's. I didn't expect Sharks to be able to eliminate Kings, but they played great hockey and now I actually think they're a favorite moving forward.
Stars vs Blues and Capitals vs Penguins should be great second round series. Interesting to see can Caps shut down Pens' offense. If they can't I don't think anyone can.

Definitely rooting for Sharks / Blues now. Always liked the Sharks, especially Big Joe. Pavelski is also criminally underrated.
In the East, Caps-Pens should be a great series, even though as a Rangers fan I kinda hate both teams.

Sharks vs Penguins final it is. Not the one I would have guessed in the beginning of the season.
I Hope Jumbo Joe and Marleau finally get the cup. I did predict Penguins as the champions in the poll though.
