We listened to Mets coverf of Brothers in Arms last night. Kirk really stepped up for that cover. I love those Bridge School covers.

Hetfield admitted to ripping off stuff like 30 years ago and gave specifics.
In case one doesn't know, they all do it. Music doesn't fall from the sky, it's just an evolution of information passed from brain to brain. Here and there, really unique things come out and create a new burst of info transformation.
If you go back further in time, musicians in the old/pre-70s days, there wasn't such a thing as 'ripping off.' People would say 'it's a take from/off of' X-song. It was accepted and everyone did it. Rock, blues, and what have you, everyone had songs that sounded the same. Standards changed I guess. And I'm gonna guess it had to do with the change of the 'music industry' and getting legal shit involved. A good thing ultimately I guess. People didn't want to get sued, because they could get sued. Look how it eventually caught up with Zep.
For all we know, Met has possibly settled/paid off some people that threatened to sue over the years. A lot of bigger artists have probably had to deal with that, even if similarities weren't intentional, and also, out of desperation from artists just hoping to get a pay day.

Metallica started off as a cover band who purposely didn't tell the audience that they were playing covers LoL.

Doesn't look remastered at all to me. Same quality + nasty interlace combing. It's gonna be a let down if they didn't bother to AI upscale those videos. It can be done well now. Don't be surprised if they do it later after you've already bought this box set. Just more nickel and diming.

Seattle was in AJFA as it had never been given an audio release. If they've done anything to the audio of the oother shows then would assume it will be downloadable content rather than taking up space as physical media.

Seattle was never given an audio-only release so it was an obvious choice for inclusion (re-mixed of course) in the AJFA deluxe set. I don't see why San Diego and Mexico City wouldn't therefore be obvious inclusions for the TBA box set. They could even mix it up a bit and include re-mixed audio for San Diego and an upscaled version of the screen feed for Mexico City as the video portion of that set.
San Diego's never been released as a live album either. Mexico City has, but it's still the same old mix. Considering they're fine with selling it like that, it probably won't get a new mix so it would be logical to spice it up somehow and video would do that quite well.

They can leave it like that, I'm happy with the mixes. And if they are to re-mix, I just hope that snare is not replaced with Hardwired snare.

Sorry, I think my post was a bit confused. Seattle is the only pro-recorded audio they have of the Justice tour so I assume they wanted to ensure that the box got a proper good sounding live show from that period. I think there are many more (and much more historically important) shows from the Roam tour to consider.

I feel like it's something that people would definitely go "why wasn't this included?" to so I'm pretty sure they'll be there. It's not like there's a hard limit on how much material they can include.

I'm a simple man, all I want from the box set aside from the studio goodies is the full Moscow concert mixed like this and I'll be happy.
