Batman vs Superman - I liked it. Very disjointed in places, some obvious continuity errors from deleted scenes though. You should watch the ultimate edition then. It is half an hour longer so I asume it has all deleted scenes in it. I didn't know there was one

Had all of those silly super hero movies been animated rather then live action, I might be able to get behind them. Asides from Guardians of the Galaxy, Hellboy, Kick Ass, and Dead Pool, I can't recall ever enjoying a bunch of grown ups parading around in silly costumes yielding their bad lines, oops I mean super powers.
Days of future past was cool I guess.

Blood Father. Average movie, but brilliant performance by Mel Gibson.

Burton and Nolan's Batman movies being the exception, and the X-Men movies were decent too.

X-Men 2 and Days of Future Past are good. All the other X-Men movies are either mediocre or shit.
Age of Ultron's fantastic though.

I remember my friends got a bootleg of Xmen Origin's with none of the fx added in yet and they tried to get me to sit through It. It was like having brain cancer slowly kill me.

I don't venture into this thread because I'm not much of a movie person.
But last night I caught a bit of Cast Away with Tom Hanks on the TV at about the point where he has found himself in the island and is retrieving FedEx packages from the ocean. Oh yeah I remember this being a decent film and ended up sitting down for the whole thing and was glad I did. Something about that one for me ticks all the boxes.

That movie always makes me cry. When Wilson dies? No. When I look next to me and you aren't there with your hand holding mine.

Trainspotting 2 A very different film from the original (which was great). T2 is sentimental and nostalgic (but in a good way) but also very funny in parts. Recommended. 7.5/10
