Seems pretty expensive. And we wanna have a rental car, so I think it's best to have a straight flight.
My GF is pretty set on the West after telling her about what you told me, so I think it's pretty much settled :)
So, any other places that you could say are a MUST?

There is SeaWorld in Vancouver if your going to B.C. you can pet some seacucumbers and shit like that. B.C. is just amazing, when I was a kid my dad and I went fishing in the rockies near Whistler and that was the most fresh and tasty trout I ever had. We got chassed by some Grizzly bear, there are a lot of bears so if you are camping, be safe, look into bear safety messures, spray and bury your food, make sure your wife isn't on her period (maybe that one is a myth). Also, if you guys like Sushi, Vancouver has the best. Once you are in the mountains, you will never want to leave. Its just breath taking.

West Canada it is. Airplane tickets are booked.
Our trip will be something as follows:
Vancouver - Whistler - Wells Gray - Blue River - Jasper Nat park - Banff Nat park -Yoho Nat park - Rogers Pass (Glacier mountain park) - Vernon - Manning Park - Harrisson Hot Springs - Vancouver
At a few of those locations we'll be camping (such as the national parks), some are just quick stops in between long driving distances, or small stops to check out some lake or something.
Any thoughts?

You will really love this trip, there is a lot to take pictures of and it's really beautiful, I was lucky enough to take a really similar route years ago. Check out Lake Louise. The only thing was that even in August it was a little chilly so if you are camping in the mountains be prepared with warm stuff.

Went to Australia my senior year of high school. 3 hour flight to Los Angeles and then 15 hour flight from LA to Sydney. Had the worst 8 hour sleep of my life and then woke up only having 7 more hours to go.

I really hope I'm not gonna run into one.

I've booked an overnight trip to Poole, just because I've never been there before. Surely that counts as "travelling" as well.

No it's not really wise to dive near the rocks, usually it's around the cliff area to the top right of th epic. There's a kelp bed and rocky floor, so you get lobsters and little sharks and stuff to look at They are cute

I'm moving out and spending a ridiculous amount of money (in terms of my very modest income) because of it, so this is probably all the type of travelling I'll be doing this year :\

To all the Canadians, what are the best (as in, most reliable) websites to book hotels in your country?
I've been checking booking.com, but never used it, so I don't know how reliable it is.

I just came back from Tokyo. I was there for 3 weeks and it was my second time (first time I was there for 5 weeks...I made a thread on the old forum about it shortly before I went there). I absolutely love that city and the kindness of the people. I feel so secure and at peace there.

I've used booking.com several times, it's reliable, you just need to check the people's ratings and read their reviews
