The album is awesome, Show Yourself sounds very out of place just because of how simple it is, the rest of the album is a lot more proggy.

The album is the ultimate combination of both the catchy and proggy sides of Mastodon.
It's like The Hunter hooked up with CTS and had a really steamy night together.

I've never cared much for Mastodon, but i'm listening to the new album right now and i'm actually really digging it so far. Might have to go back and check out the rest of their stuff.

Pretty good album. The first half is actually quite mediocre, but later tracks like Scorpion Breath and Jaguar God are amazing. Probably their best since Crack The Skye.
