This came as a total shock to me, I just saw Steven Wilson post his condolences on facebook and was really taken aback, I just saw them last November live and it was one of the best shows I've been to recently.
Post your favorite Riverside tracks as a commemoration.

I missed them on this tour because it was too close to other gigs, well at least saw them twice before.
ADHD and the anniversary ep are my faves.

Damn, one of my fav bands.
This is one of my fav songs. It was the kind of emotional guitar soloing by Piotr in songs like this that actually made me wanna check out more of the band when I first heard them. Sad to know we'll never hear what other kind of beautiful stuff he would have created.
