It'll have Parappa the rapper, Spyro the dragon, Crash Bandicoot most likely. Maybe GTA 1.

Pretty sure they limit all the Mini consoles to 20 games, but you can hack it and add way, way more. My buddy has over 200 on his SNES Mini.

From what I understand about Goldeneye (which I never played) is that it's mostly a nostalgia machine now. Amazing game for its time but if you went back and played it now without the nostalgia factor you'd be unimpressed.

That's the case with most old games ... and that's why I never moved on to PS4 ... and also because I'm a cheap bastard

Perfect Dark is the better choice. Golden eye spin off set in the future. Classic levels The Complex, Facility, and temple included.
My character still isn't ranked number 1, I have to leave it on over night with an elastic rigged on the analogue stick one day to rack up a few 1000 km on my profile to achieve "Perfect agent" Status. All other achievements have been completed except the required distance traveled. Only than will my life be complete.

Goldeneye has been absolutely dreadful every time I've played it. Mind you, I never played it back in the day, and I think it's downright blasphemous to play an FPS with a controller.

It was more fun to play with friends on 4 way split screen. After Half Life came out, it destroyed previous FPSses other than modded Doom.

The old games that aren't good now are ones that were trying to push limited technology at the time, without being good. So now they are just shitty versions of something better.

Got a cheap 144hz (only 1080p) replacement monitor I needed. 144 is pretty jarring at first, like I took shrooms or something. I didn't know that some of these new monitors come with a built in FPS cheat. A cross hair overlay you can turn on. It helps in these games that have wide crosshairs with no center. Now I know what these dudes that supposedly don't hack are doing. It really helps and I'm getting better K/D now. It doesn't show up when you record either.

I've been messing around with a Nintendo DS my kid got. What the hell is up with this crap? Who thought using a stylus pen for intense game play would be a good idea? It is so frustrating. I just want to make Link roll, not draw little swirly circles on the edge of the screen that might make him roll if I'm lucky. What a piece of trash.

I only got one game for it, some Tiger Woods golf game and then never played it again lol.

You guys still play computer games? Isn't it time to grow up? "As of 2016, the average age for a video game player is 35, a number slowly increasing as people who were children playing the first arcade, console and home computer games continue playing now on current systems."
I'm still a year below the average, so no need for me to "grow up" and stop playing for a good while!

Google annouce Stadia, the new streaming video games service Ugly controller, based on the worst controller on the market 25mb minimum for highest resolution streams Fills you with confidence doesn't it. No exclusives mentioned Almost no games shown No mention of pricing or subscription model The best bit was when they were talking about their market leading, robust infrastructure, and mid sentence my Youtube connection started buffering a 240p stream Alan's virdict;

These companies that do this every so often are just hoping they are on time for the full game streaming revolution that isn't going to happen, not until the world at large has S.Korea level internet. Most people don't have good enough internet to have a consistent online gaming experience much less having to stream the entire game itself on top of it.

Could be a fun game. Maybe some Dead Island-like game. Nothing ground breaking but fun with a lot of melee weapons and a few guns to blast trough zombies with lots of blood and gore.

E3 wasn't that horrible. Everyone complains about it every year for the sake of complaining.
There was a lot of good shit shown off.
