$73? I hope they're kidding. Maybe if it gets really, really good reviews that will work. I think I'd wait for a Steam sale. I finished GTA V (PC), Firewatch, and Rise of the Tomb Raider. I enjoyed all of them. :) I need to finish Life is Strange and just started SC2: Legacy of the Void. |

So I'm trying to play RocketLeague. I can't even touch the ball and motion makes me want to vomit.
but boy is it fun and addictive...I think I am getting the hang of it.
Also looking forward to the Division beta later tonight

So Rocket League is so much fun and is hilarious.
The Division has amazing graphics and combat, but is just another tedious, repeatitive, bloated RPG. It's made me want to simple, fun, third person shooter though, so I might look at grabbing the Gears of War remaster, or the new Tomb Raider...
.....or I'll just keep playing CoD and now, Rocket League,

I just got all the Resistance games on PS3. I love the setting and weapons but the game design is pretty bland but otherwise a good game series

My favourite thing to do in Rocket League is use the quickchat feature to say "Nice shot!" every time an opponent has a shot and misses and repeatedly say "What a save!" every time I score a goal. This often results in them becoming enraged and focusing on typing out insults or trying to destroy my car and I just focus on scoring more goals and winning. I'm a prick! :D

Question for anyone who uses an N64 emulator - what controller do you use? I've got a logitech F310 controller that I mainly bought to play the old Tomb Raider games on Steam. I'm having trouble using it with the N64 emulator (project 64) because I can't get the joysticks to calibrate correctly. In a game such as Mario 64, gently pushing the joystick should make him walk whilst pushing it further should then make him run. However I can only calibrate it so that Mario either runs or doesn't move at all, there's no in between (if that makes sense). Just wondering if anyone can offer any advice for calibrating/changing plugins/other controllers etc. (I'm not too knowledgeable about all this stuff).

If you have an N64 controller lying around, you might be better off getting a USB adapter for it.

Thanks to those who gave suggestions re: N64 controller emulation. I managed to get my current controller working pretty well, had to switch the functions of left and right sticks (which I'm sure I tried before) and do a bit of tweaking. Hopefully this is the problem sorted.

Although I'm many hours in, I think I'm still scratching the surface of the story. I just hope that sine I haven't picked it up in a while, I on't get distracted too long and lose interest in it. Doubt it, but it happened to me with Arkham Knight.
