For the longest time Escape, Frayed Ends, then Fixxxer were all at some point the sacred rarity the band never played live. Now that they've all been played, the fandom hasn't really latched onto a new song to beg the band to play. Currently there are 18 songs they haven't played live from their studio albums; Mama Said has been played by James solo, and All Within My Hands is played regularly now as the vastly different acoustic version.

During my M&G in 2010, one of the women there asked James to play Ronnie (most of us tried to get favourite songs on the setlist).
In the MetonTour vid for that night, you see James telling Kirk..."It happened again" What? "Someome asked for Ronnie again".
At that point I was expectant that in the near future they would play it.
13 years and counting.

I'm really hoping that by playing Sleeps the last show, how well it went and was received, they open up those slots for a few of those Hero of the days etc.

Some of the faster ReLoad songs could work as a one off. Prince Charming, Bad Seed, and Attitude share a lot of similarities to what they went for on a few songs on 72 Seasons. I'm actually surprised all three of those were excluded from the tour, they could all bring some energy.

The House Jack Built. Load is the next box set out, so as that gears up and they start reviewing material for sign off etc...it's going to get Lars' brain working through some of these songs. There was an interview a couple of years back where Lars' was adamant they'd played it live, but James/someone corrected him and said they'd only done it in soundcheck. But I think they'll more likely play Ain't My Bitch or 2x4 again over Jack.
I don't think we'll ever see those Reload songs played live, nor those St. Anger songs touched again. I'd love to hear My World though, one of my favourites off St. Anger and one I think would work well live.
More so than the songs never performed live, I still think it's crazy that literally the only song from the first 5 albums that they haven't brought back and played live over the last 20 years is Eye of the Beholder.

I always found it funny that they played Master of Puppets in it's entirety for a tour, The Black Album, Ride the Lightning, Kill 'Em All, but not ...And Justice for All. |

Also agree My World would work live but the band seem to have marked Dirty Window as the deep cut from that album

I'll never forget learning how to palm mute on my guitar and how to get real Metal distortion and just playing the open E chug of Eye and feeling like such a badass.

Frayed ends of sanity got my attention after first hearing One, back in the early 90's. That sound pulled me in and I never let go afterwards. That's what made Justice my favorite album
