No surprises. People living in that stratosphere dont go to jail he's back to making the film, I don't understand how he could do it... keep making the same film that is. I agree the movie should have been canned, what happened was truly awful. Apparently though the family are pursing a civil lawsuit against Baldwin. |

Not necessarily, if the Judge rules Baldwin was negligent he could award damages even though the criminal case against him failed. They might however settle before the case goes to trial, or during the proceedings. |

Since that wasn't his job, they will fail to prove he was negligent. |
