What are the chances that we get a new song tonight and then another new one next show? Live streamed, pro shot... would avoid some crappy cell phone footage. It's the freakin 40th! Of all the speculation from other shows, tonight would make the most sense...and at the 30th we got the BM songs🤓

Yes, it is free. I just searched Metallica in my Amazon Prime on my tv and both shows popped up and are ready to go.

I'll be here watching sicjes...it starts @ 3.30 on my Saturday arvo here. If there is no new song(s) I will be disappointed but not surprised. Surely they must have scrolled thru the catalogue and zoned in on at least a couple of songs they've never/rarely played live. Something like The Unnamed Feeling or My Apocalypse would hit the spot. Wouldn't be upset to hear Leper Messiah, probably the least played off MoP |

I really hope, and have confidence, that this won't be your typical set, (but if it is... won't be too shocked)
Wet dream would be new material.
Acceptable MetPorn would be piles of rarities.
Bus station skinmag would be any old set from the past few years with some balloons dropping from the rafters.
Some guests (cool guests) would be nice but I'll take Reload in its entirety over Pepper coming out to jam on Horsemen.

After reading jayc's Load diaries I would love to hear House that Jack built.... thats the type of rarity this show needs.
Maybe FiXXXXer, with the extra X for 40.
Ive been off the beers for last 2 weeks (its no exaggeration to say this has never been done since i was a teenager....thanks doc) . I was intending to go 5 weeks but making an exception for these 40th anniv shows.

James is sounding fantastic tonight, some nice growling on Creeping Death.
Kirk looked pissed that his guitar was at half volume during the first half of Orion.
The lyrics in the closed captioning have been funny. They can't keep up or make mistakes. Sane Tear Yum never sounded better 😂 and at one point during Creeping Death it was all Death, bring more Death!

Before Fixxxer, they had that clip about writing and sharing new music etc. I was sure they where setting it up for a new song debut, maybe they'll close the show with one.
